You don't have to use this - a plain "can you make a corgi ornament?" is a perfectly good start. But answering these gets you a price on the first reply instead of the third.

On our shop page, tap Request Custom Order - or just Message if you'd rather. Paste it in and hit send.
Got a reference photo - a pet, a sketch, a shape you saw somewhere? Attach it right to the Etsy message. It helps more than a description usually can.
Custom order questions
What does a custom piece cost?
Most custom ornaments land in the same range as our shop ornaments, with a small design fee for anything drawn fully from scratch. Cutters depend on size and detail. We'll always quote you before you commit to anything.
How long does it take?
Usually about a week from your first message to a package in the mail, depending on how quickly we settle the proof. During November and December, add a bit of cushion - and check the Etsy shop for holiday cutoff dates.
Can you work from a photo or drawing?
Yes. Clean, simple images work best - a pet's side profile, a logo, a kid's drawing. We turn it into a clean silhouette rather than reproducing fine detail, since tiny features don't survive being pressed into dough.
Can I use someone else's logo or a licensed character?
We can't print copyrighted characters or brand logos we don't have permission to use - that's an Etsy rule and a legal one. If it's your own business logo, send it along and we'll happily make it.
What if it arrives and it's not right?
Message us. If we misspelled something or the print came out poorly, we'll remake it at no cost. Because custom pieces are made just for you, we can't take general returns - which is exactly why we send the proof first.
